Careers at Harlo
Built by Hand. Built To Last.
Harlo builds every rough terrain forklift in the same Grandville, Michigan plant it always has, welding, painting, machining, and assembling each unit in house. It’s hands on work for people who’d rather build something real than move paperwork.
We’re growing, which means we’re hiring across the shop floor and the office. If you want direct impact, a small team, and work you can point to when it’s done, this is it.

MADE IN AMERICA SINCE 1937
Designed, Welded, & Assembled in Grandville, Michigan
Harlo got its start hand building vertical mast assemblies for the U.S. Navy in a Grand Rapids back alley during WWII. Nearly nine decades later, we still build every machine the same way: for people who plan to keep it running, not replace it.
